Szymon Mińczuk

Szymon Mińczuk has been appointed COO. In his new role, he will be responsible for the next stage of the company's development – ​​strengthening development projects, accelerating the commercialisation, and further improving business results.

Szymon Mińczuk has been involved in the commercial real estate sector for over 20 years. Previously, he served as retail director. Before joining G City Europe he worked fo such companies as Caelum Development, GTC, and Echo Investment, being involved in the development of projects spanning all key retail formats – from outlet centres and retail parks and traditional shopping centres, to mixed-use developments.

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in International Economic Relations. Prior to joining G City Europe, he co-created the Browary Warszawskie project and was responsible for the development and operations of the Galeria Młociny mall in Warsaw.
