Barbara Rudziks

Barbara Rudziks has taken on the role of COO. She is an expert in managing financial services companies, specialising in organisational transformation and process improvement. From 2020 to 2025, she served on the Management Board of Kredyt Inkaso, initially as Vice President and, from 2022, as President, where she led a comprehensive operational and cultural transformation, significantly increasing the organisation's efficiency, financial results, and company value. Previously, for nearly a decade, she served as a member of the Management Board of BEST, responsible for the company's strategic development and operational transformation. She began her management career at GE Money Bank. She graduated from Gdynia Maritime University with a degree in Business Management.
