Michał Mania

Michał Mania has been promoted to senior director in the industrial & logistics capital markets department, where he will be responsible for the further development of this segment.

During his thirteen-year career in the capital markets sector, Michał Mania has advised on transactions with a total value of approximately EUR 3 bln. He has been involved in the real estate market since 2013, when he joined the Capital Markets team at JLL. After three years, he began studying for an MBA in Spain and the United States and then gained professional experience in private equity funds and Big Four advisory firms, developing his expertise in investment and strategic consulting.

After returning to JLL in 2023, he assumed the position of director in the industrial & logistics capital markets team, led by Sławomir Jędrzejewski. In recent years, he has played a significant role in the development of the company's operations in the industrial and logistics real estate segment. His key achievements include the introduction of sale and leaseback transactions to JLL's offering.
