Mateusz Sobczak

Mateusz Sobczak has been appointed project manager in the development department. In his new role, he will be responsible for preparing and supervising construction and technical work. His responsibilities will include selecting general contractors, coordinating administrative and acceptance procedures, managing fit-out projects, and conducting technical audits of properties earmarked for purchase and further development.

Mateusz is an engineer with 15 years of experience in project management in the commercial real estate market. Over his career, he has worked with companies such as MLP Group and 7R. He was involved in projects for the Action and CCC chains. He has experience in construction management and the project supervision of complex buildings. He has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member course.
