Steven Davis

Steven Davis has been appointed managing director, taking responsibility for the development and operations across all markets in the region. In his new role, he will oversee the company's investment and development platforms. He will be responsible for further developing the company's business, strengthening operational efficiency, and working closely with local management teams.

Steven is an experienced real estate manager and developer with comprehensive expertise spanning the entire investment cycle—from acquisition, financing, planning and project execution, to sales, marketing, and leasing. Prior to joining Peakside, he served as COO of a publicly traded company with approximately EUR 2.5 bln in assets under management. He has also worked with Goldman Sachs, GE, Pirelli Real Estate, and Grove Investment Fund.
