Martin Ohly

Martin Ohly has been appointed to the newly created position of head of Germany. He joins 7R from Logicenters, where he most recently served as general manager & head of logistics at Urban Partners' logistics real estate management and development platform. In his new role, he will be responsible for the development of 7R's business in the German market. He will coordinate the development of a sustainable logistics real estate portfolio through the acquisition of existing assets, the development of speculative and build-to-suit development projects, and joint ventures.

Martin is an international real estate expert with over 19 years of experience in investment, transactions, capital markets, commercialisation, and commercial real estate portfolio management. Prior to joining Logicenters, he worked at leading real estate organisations such as Amazon Global Realty, JLL, Apleona, and Metro Properties. He has held director positions in Germany and Europe.
