Joanna Leńkowska

Joanna Leńkowska has been appointed chief advisor at Workthere, a Savills-owned advisory platform that supports companies in selecting flexible office spaces.

Joanna brings extensive experience in the flexible office space sector to Workthere. Previously, she worked with global operator WeWork and CitySpace (Echo Investment). Her career so far includes the commercialisation of new office locations, and most recently, she was involved in key CitySpace projects, such as the leasing and launch of the NOVO location and the expansion of the Rondo 1 office building. Joanna's professional experience also includes 14 years in the aviation sector, including handling operations for corporate and government clients in the Middle East. As part of these projects, she worked with engineering departments on complex fit-outs for private jets. Joanna graduated with a degree in English from the University of Warsaw. She also completed postgraduate studies in sales and marketing psychology at SWPS University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Nutrition from the USA.
