has been appointed managing partner. This appointment strengthens the company's management structure during a period of expansion and project diversification. He returns to the company after a previous spell, from 2003 to 2008. During this time, he headed the international department and was responsible for the global development of the company's commercial structures. In his new role, he will support the further strengthening of SIMA, a major business and investment event for the real estate sector in Spain. Santiago will also be responsible for strengthening the event’s international visibility and accelerating the development of new initiatives and strategic partnerships. Over the last 17 years, he has developed his career at Grupo Sociedad de Tasación, where he has held various management positions related to international relations, marketing and communications, and most recently, business development in the investment segment.
