Mirosław Gromek

Mirosław Gromek, who has been with Accolade for over three years, has taken on the position of transformation & innovation manager. His goal will be to support tenants in developing their businesses by tailoring technical and technological solutions in the company's parks to their needs.
In his new position, Mirosław Gromek will be responsible for working closely with tenants, analysing their operational needs, and developing and implementing solutions that support the efficiency, stability, and further growth of businesses in Accolade's properties. Recently, Mirosław represented the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate in consultations with the Ministry of Development and Technology regarding regulations relevant to the commercial real estate sector.
Prior to assuming his new position, Mirosław Gromek served as Group Senior ESG Manager at Accolade, responsible for green financing, bond issuances, and aligning investment standards with the requirements of the EU Taxonomy and BREEAM certification.
Mirosław graduated from the Białystok University of Technology, Faculty of Logistics. His experience includes integrating technical, regulatory and environmental aspects in projects across Accolade's international portfolio.
