Dorota Suchodolska

Dorota Suchodolska has joined as business development director. She will be responsible for formulating business development strategy, building partnerships with business partners, and expanding the company's client portfolio in the commercial real estate sector.

Dorota is a manager with 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She specialises in implementing strategies that increase the value of commercial properties as well as tailored solutions that meet the needs of property owners. She is an expert in asset and property management, and has supported real estate purchase and sale transactions, construction projects, including remodelling, commercial due diligence and ESG. She has managed projects ranging from shopping centres, convenience and mixed-use centres, retail parks, logistics and industrial properties. She was also co-founded the property management department at Balmain Group. She has worked with international funds and investors such as NEPI Rockcastle, Tristan Capital Partners, Stage Capital, Adventum, Mitiska REIM, DWS, LCube, Leoff and Rockspring Investment.
