Agnieszka Baczyńska

Agnieszka Baczyńska has taken on the position of head of leasing. In her new role, she will be responsible for the strategy and coordination of leasing activities in the office and retail segments of the group's Polish portfolio. Agnieszka has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Before joining CPI Property Group in 2022, she worked for Neinver Polska, where, as International leasing director, she was responsible for leasing the company's entire retail portfolio. She graduated in organisation and management from the University of Łódź and in sociology from the University of Warsaw. Additionally, she holds an MBA, and a real estate agent license.
