Frederik Lesire

Frederik Lesire has been appointed country director. He will lead the continued expansion of BPI Real Estate Poland, focusing on further acquisitions, particularly for future high-end residential projects and those in the premium segment in Warsaw, the Tricity area, Poznań, and Wrocław. Frederik brings extensive experience to the role, having worked for BPI Real Estate in recent years in Belgium. He is a manager with over 20 years of experience, who has worked in Belgium, Poland and Hungary. From 2013 to 2016, he co-created BPI's operational structures in Poland, being responsible for developing the residential project portfolio.

Frederik has been with BPI Real Estate since 2008. His experience spans the entire investment cycle – from land acquisition, design and development, to commercialisation and handover of complex residential and mixed-use projects to clients. Before joining BPI, he began his career in general contracting within the CFE Group, BPI's parent holding company. He graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven with a degree in civil engineering. He also holds a Master's degree in real estate from Antwerp Management School.
