Michał Lis

Michał Lis, a senior director in the office agency, has had his responsibilities expanded to include overseeing the operations of JLL’s Łódź office. He has been with JLL for over 18 years, specialising in advisory services related to the commercialisation of office buildings across Poland. He now focuses on building long-term client relationships and is responsible for the development of JLL's leasing business in regional cities, supporting the work of teams in the Tricity, Kraków, Wrocław and Łódź. Michał is a CCIM and RICS certified investor. Throughout his career, he has worked with such leading institutional investors as Deka Immobilien, White Star, Avestus and Cromwell Property Group (now Stoneweg Property Group). His experience includes comprehensive leasing advisory services, commercialisation strategies, and client support in a changing market environment.
