Martin Varačka

Martin Varačka has been appointed head of Slovakia. In his new role, he will be responsible for business development and strengthening the company's operational efficiency. He will also work with the Colliers CEE management team to further diversify and expand the range of services, supporting clients both locally and across the CEE region.

Martin has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market in Central and Southeastern Europe. His areas of expertise include location strategy based on macroeconomic and HR analysis, investment incentives consulting, property search, technical and legal due diligence, valuations and advisory services, debt and structured financing, project and property management, industrial leasing, and asset sales.
