Jarosław Fiutowski

Jarosław Fiutowski has joined as chief operating officer. In his new role, he will be responsible for the company's operational management, overseeing investment, and developing quality standards and project efficiency.

Jarosław Fiutowski is a manager and engineer with over 20 years of experience in complex real estate and construction projects. He joins Monting Development from Hillwood Polska, where he served as director of project management. Previously, he worked for Ghelamco Poland for over 15 years in various positions, including project manager, deputy technical director, and board member responsible for ESG strategy and innovation. He has been involved in numerous key office and mixed-use projects in Poland. In 2010, he was involved in the Trinity Park III project, the first BREEAM certificate to be awarded in Poland.

Jarosław Fiutowski graduated in environmental engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology. He combines engineering expertise with a strategic approach to efficiency, innovation, and quality of project development.
