Agnieszka Jagiełka

Agnieszka Jagiełka has been appointed sales director and management board member for ISS in Poland and the Baltic States. In this role, she will be responsible for sales management, developing commercial strategy, and growing revenue and market share, strengthening client relationships in key segments.

Agnieszka has over 25 years of experience in professional services and strategic consulting, including extensive experience in service organisations such as LHH, where she was responsible for business development, commercial strategies, and the pursuit of business objectives. She has held management positions at both the local and global levels, leading teams and being responsible for business results and organisational development in a complex, international environment.
