Jakub Marcinkowski

Jakub Marcinkowski has joined as partner and co-managing partner of the firm’s Warsaw office. He previously co-managed the corporate/M&A practice at DLA Piper in Poland. He has more than 20 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and complex corporate restructurings. He has advised both strategic investors and private equity funds. He is recognised as a trusted adviser to leading Polish companies and to clients undertaking high-value, structurally complex transactions.
