Bartosz Nojek

Bartosz Nojek will be responsible for developing the banking and finance practice. He joins as a partner from Dentons, where for more than a decade he helped build, and later co-headed, the Banking & Finance practice. He has nearly 18 years of experience advising on major financing transactions, including in real estate, corporate transactions, infrastructure, energy and cross-border projects.

He specialises in high-value financings, including real estate finance, corporate finance, structured finance, leveraged finance and project finance, with a particular focus on portfolio transactions involving multiple assets and entities across a number of jurisdictions. He is valued for his technical precision, experience in international transactions and strategic approach to client service. His track record is recognised by rankings including Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
