Piotr Staniszewski

Piotr Staniszewski has joined as a partner in the real estate team. For many years he co-headed the construction practice at Dentons, where he established himself as one of Poland’s leading experts in construction and development advice. His work focuses primarily on negotiating complex construction contracts – including EPC, design and build, and FIDIC contracts – as well as design agreements. He also advises on planning and administrative matters, construction disputes and real estate transactions: from acquisitions and disposals of single assets and portfolios, through forward purchase and standing asset transactions, to joint venture structures. He has worked on projects across all major market sectors, including offices, retail, logistics and PRS, as well as industrial and data centre projects.
