Błażej Zagórski is to develop the corporate/M&A practice in Poland as a partner. For many years he was associated with CMS as a key partner in the transactional team and also headed the German Desk. For more than 20 years, he has advised on cross-border projects, mergers and acquisitions, transactions for private equity and venture capital funds, projects for investment funds, restructurings and corporate governance matters. He has worked on many significant M&A transactions in the Polish market. He has advised clients in sectors including energy, TMT, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing and financial services. He stands out for his strategic approach and understanding of business realities.
