Stefan de Goeij

Stefan de Goeij has been appointed chair of the European World Regional Board (EWRB) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and will also serve on the global members committee. Stefan is based in Prague as a partner and head of sustainability and ESG for the CEE and the Nordic regions at Cushman & Wakefield. In his new role, he will lead the RICS’s strategic agenda across Europe and represent the region at a global level, helping shape the direction of the profession and strengthening collaboration across markets. He has more than 25 years of real estate experience and is a recognised expert in sustainability and ESG strategies. He specialises in integrating sustainability into property management, improving operational efficiency and helping clients align their portfolios with evolving regulatory, occupier and investor requirements. His work focuses on delivering long-term value and future-ready real estate solutions.
