Piotr Oskierko

Piotr Oskierko has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for the company's finances, including project financing, financial planning, budgeting, relations with financial institutions, and supporting the management board in the company's further development.

Piotr has over 20 years of experience in financial management for companies and groups operating in the real estate industry. For over 11 years, he worked for Ghelamco Poland. Prior to Ghelamco, he was with CBRE Global Investors, where he participated in significant sales and investment project acquisitions for funds and was involved in securing financing for projects. He also developed the reporting system used by CBRE Global Investors across numerous European countries. Piotr graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a member of ACCA.
