Jakub Kaźmierczak

Jakub Kaźmierczak has been appointed managing director. He will be responsible for guiding MVGM Polska through the next phase of its development and will focus on revenue diversification, expanding the company's services for property owners, and further strengthening MVGM's position in the premium commercial and residential sectors. Łukasz Mazurczak, the current Managing Director, who has held this position since 2020, will remain with the company to manage a smooth transition of responsibilities to his successor.

Jakub has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. During his career, he has been responsible for managing properties and investment portfolios for leading international advisory and investment firms. He has worked with JLL, CBRE, Apsys Polska, and Colliers. Most recently, he was responsible for developing Property and Asset Management services at CreamProperty Advisors.
