Małgorzata Fibakiewicz

Małgorzata Fibakiewicz has been appointed president of the management board. She has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. She brings extensive managerial experience, market knowledge, and a track record in implementing complex advisory and transactional projects to her new role. She began her career in the office leasing sector and grew it across multiple business areas, effectively managing interdisciplinary teams and operating at the intersection of transaction advisory, market analysis, consulting, market research, and strategic advisory services. Her experience includes projects at the intersection of various business areas, strategic initiatives, and collaboration across business lines.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, Małgorzata spent over a decade in corporate real estate and banking, holding management positions at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), CBRE, and Kredyt Bank. She has worked on projects related to real estate portfolio management, lease negotiation, workplace transformation, and major expansion programmes for leading financial institutions. Małgorzata completed her postgraduate studies in real estate management at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and in banking at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is also a graduate of the University of Łódź, where she majored in classical philology.
