Katarzyna Gigiel

Katarzyna Gigiel has been appointed HR director, joining the ISS Poland management board and the country leadership team. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing the People & Culture strategy in support of the organisation's growth and the achievement of its business goals across the region. Among other things, she will be responsible for developing specialised HR teams and an employer branding strategy, as well as further shaping the OneISS culture.

Katarzyna has been with ISS for over eleven years. Previously, she served as chief accountant, responsible for team management, developing financial processes, and improving organisational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has led transformational projects and initiatives requiring collaboration between various business areas.
