Michał Stankiewicz

Michał Stankiewicz has been promoted to development management director at Prologis. After fifteen years of coordinating greenfield construction projects, he has taken on a new position where he will be responsible for the overall development of new construction projects at Prologis and modernisation projects for the company's existing warehouse portfolio.

Michał has nearly 20 years of experience in investment project management, having begun his career at the engineering firm COTEBA. Soon after he joined Prologis, where he has been for over 15 years. He began as a project coordinator, then progressed to project manager and senior project manager before taking on managerial positions.

He graduated in engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology before studying management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In his new position, he will continue to report directly to Leonard Kubanek, VP, head of development management Central Europe at Prologis.
