Izabela Potrykus

Izabela Potrykus has been appointed to the position of director and will be responsible for the office agency department.

Potrykus has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, specialising in office leasing and mixed-use projects. Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, she worked at CPI Property Group and Polski Holding Nieruchomości, where she was responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies for portfolios totalling hundreds of thousands of sqm and oversaw budgets exceeding €25 million.

She previously spent several years at Knight Frank, where she was partner and head of commercial agency, managing advisory and tenant representation services and working with institutional investors.

Potrykus holds a CCIM qualification. She graduated in management and economics from Gdańsk University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in real estate management at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and ESG in construction at Warsaw University of Technology.
