Mirosław Hartowicz

Mirosław Hartowicz has joined CBRE as an acquisition broker. In his new role, he will be responsible for negotiating purchase and land-lease agreements for Shell filling stations. He will also deal with the analysis and assessment of the suitability of the property and provide support in obtaining administrative decisions. Mirosław has over ten years’ experience in retail chain expansion and development. Previously, he worked for Statoil Poland as a real estate executive, where he was responsible for development of the firm and the acquisition of properties in the Silesia, Opole and Malopolska regions. He has also worked for PKN Orlen as a filling station acquisition specialist. Mirosław graduated from the University of Silesia, in law. He has also completed post-graduate studies in property valuation and management at the University of Silesia and is a licensed property manager.
