Michał Siwek

Michał Siwek has joined the company as a partner in the real estate practice. His experience covers a wide range of real estate matters, including planning, and construction. He has advised on numerous transactions, development projects, as well as on the commercialisation and asset management of various types of assets including office, retail, hotel, and warehouse properties. He also focuses on real estate restructuring and real estate finance. Between 2006 and 2010 Michał was a partner in the real estate department and head of the German desk at Clifford Chance in Warsaw. Before that, he was employed by CMS Cameron McKenna, where he became a partner in the real estate department in 2004. The operations of Michał’s own real estate practice are to be merged with the Magnusson Warsaw office and he joins with two associates Norbert Gawor and Piotr Dziwniel, both of whom are qualified legal advisors.
