Pavel Fischer

Pavel Fischer has joined the project and development services team as a senior project manager. He is to be responsible for fit-out projects, cost management and development services. He has experience in all aspects of real estate development including tendering, construction, fit-out works, feasibility studies as well as project value maximisation. Before joining JLL, he worked as a development director and senior project manager at CPI Group, where he was responsible for its development projects portfolio. He has also been employed as company director of ECM China, based in Beijing, where he was responsible for the development and acquisition of office towers and a shopping malls. Pavel graduated in civil engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague where he studied the economics and management of construction. His hobbies include golf, tennis and travelling.
