Janus Saarlaid

Janus Saarlaid will take the position of director of operations and maintenance in Arricano Real Estate, starting from June 15th. Since 2011 he has held the role of project manager within the company, with his most recent project, the Prospect shopping centre in Kyiv, scheduled for completion on September 5th, 2014. Before joining Arricano, Janus was engaged in the development of commercial real estate in Estonia, in particular, in 2001–2005 he was CEO of the largest shopping centre in Estonia, Rocca al Mare. In 2005–2009 he worked as development director for AS United Capital, the owner of three shopping centres in Tallinn and five Audi and Peugeot showrooms in the Baltic countries, and was also coordinating the construction of а 16-storey business centre, Rocca al Mare.
