Tomasz Buras

Tomasz Buras has been appointed managing director and head of Savills Poland, as of June 1st. He will focus on further expanding Savills’ presence in the overall commercial real estate sector in Poland, as well as developing new business opportunities in the real estate consultancy market. Tomasz has been with Savills since September 2011, when he joined as head of the office agency. He has over twelve years of experience and specialises in office space acquisitions, lease renegotiations and office consolidations for occupiers landlords and developers. His promotion follows Briain Burgess’ transition to head of Central Europe. The head of investment in Poland, Michał Ćwikliński, has also been appointed managing director within the investment department and has been tasked with growing the team and adding senior talent to further increase the capabilities of this important business line.
