Kamilla Joszczuk has become a property negotiator in the industrial and logistics department. In her new role she will be responsible for leasing of class ‘A’ and ‘B’ warehouse space in the Warsaw area. Kamilla has over eleven years of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining CBRE she ran her own commercial real estate company, and prior to that she was employed by real estate companies such as Multi Space Real Estate, Open Home and Maxon. She graduated from the Społeczna Wyższa Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości i Zarządzania (Entrepreneurship and Management College) in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in the city, specialising in real estate brokerage. She holds a real estate broker’s licence. Kamilla speaks English and Italian, and her hobbies include photography, sport, music and literature.
