Aleksandra Baran

Aleksandra Baran has been appointed financial analyst in the real estate management services team in Warsaw. Her main role will be preparing and analysing reports and financial statements, as well as controlling the costs and incomes of the managed properties. She will be responsible for budgeting and preparing different sorts of financial settlement and will oversee monthly closing processes, control payments and participate in improving and implementing changes in financial processes. Prior to joining Savills, Aleksandra was employed in the analysis of the financial data of shopping centres. She was responsible for preparing budgets and various settlements, as well as on the preparation of monthly reports and financial statements. She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a master’s degree in finance and accounting. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor sports and swimming.
