Vladimir Pinaev

Vladimir Pinaev has been appointed chief executive officer of CBRE’s Russian business. He brings over 20 years of international experience in real estate consulting, investment and development, joining from Russian real estate developer MR Group, where he was a managing partner. Prior to that, he held senior positions for Jones Lang LaSalle Russia & CIS and was involved in a wide variety of sectors and real estate disciplines. Most notably he was managing director of JLL’s Russian agency and corporate advisory businesses, and was instrumental in the creation of the firm’s local capital markets and consulting and valuation service lines. Vladimir will take up his new position on July 7th, replacing current CEO Alexander Polenok who has left CBRE to pursue other business ventures. He joins a strong CEE leadership team, which includes chairman Andreas Ridder and regional chief operating officer Marcus Berger.
