Josef Krautman

Josef Krautman has become a business developer as part of the office agency team. He will be in charge of acquiring new clients, primarily on the occupier side. Josef joined C&W as an associate. He has eight years of experience in the real estate market in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. He was previously employed by JLL (since 2011), King Sturge (2009–2011) in Prague, and at Aengevelt Immobilien (2007–2009) in Leipzig. He started his career in the property market at Maxima Reality in 2006. Josef is a graduate of the faculty for enterprise management of the Czech Management Institute in Prague (ESMA) and has recently completed studies at the University of Reading. He is bilingual and can speak Czech as well as German. He also speaks English fluently. In his spare time, he plays golf, pursues fitness activities and likes playing chess.
