Zsolt Kákosy

Zsolt Kákosy has been appointed a head of CBRE Hungary's Asset Service, the newly-launched business line. Kákosy has 17 years of property management experience from working for both local and international companies. He joins the company from Raiffeisen Bank where he was a co-managing director of Distressed Asset Real Estate.

CBRE Asset Services supplies property owners, including institutional and private clients, with value-driven programs and integrated strategies. The division's Hungarian team has now been increased to over 30 professionals. "The department, which has recently significantly expanded, now manages 150,000 sqm of commercial real estate, including two major shopping centers and four office buildings in the capital, as well as countryside retail properties," said managing director of CBRE Budapest, Adrienne Lodge-Konthur.
