Radosław Wiśniewski

Radosław Wiśniewski, the president of the board and the largest shareholder in Redan, has stepped down from his position. The move is related to the completion of Redan's financial restructuring process. The company is believed to appoint Bogusz Kruszyński, the current vice-president of the board who is involved with Redan Group since 2003, the new president of its management board at the next supervisory board meeting.
