Josip Kardun

Josip Kardun, the current COO and deputy CEO of Atrium European Real Estate Group, has been appointed the company’s CEO. In his new position, Kardun will replace Rachel Lavine, who will assume the role of executive vice-chairman on November 30th, 2014, remaining Atrium’s director. Kardun is a highly experienced retail property professional with a strong international operational and transactional track record. Prior to joining Atrium, he worked for seven years in a number of senior positions at ECE Projektmanagement. Most recently, he was the company’s chief investment officer and the head of M&A and transaction management group. Kardun is a member of ICSC Europe’s executive board.
