Jakub Stanislav

Jakub Stanislav has joined C&W as hospitality analyst for Central and Eastern European markets. He is to focus on investment and development advisory, financing and valuations. Prior to joining C&W, he worked in valuation advisory and rating at JLL (since 2013). Previous to this he was employed by a Swiss-based investment fund as an analyst focusing on investment projects. Jakub graduated from the Heriot-Watt University in the UK in 2013 with a MSc degree with a specialisation in real-estate investment and finance. He is continuing his studies with the aim of becoming a full RICS member in 2015. He likes golf, previously playing it at the professional level. His other hobbies include running and fitness.
