Tomáš Vavrečka

Tomáš Vavrečka has joined C&W as senior retail negotiator focusing mainly on the leasing of retail space on behalf of Crestyl (Central Kladno), Bainbridge (Brno Královo Pole), CPI (OC Spektrum) and Europark Štěrboholy. Previously he was employed by Lordship as a leasing manager (since 2011) and by Reflecta Development as a leasing specialist (2007–11). He has been active for more than ten years in the property business, starting his real estate career in facility management services in 2002. He likes to spend his free time with his family and his hobbies include martial arts, graphics and web design.
