Logan Smith

Logan Smith has been appointed chief investment officer of PointPark Properties (P3). He is joining the company from Prologis, where he was the head of European acquisitions and dispositions. Logan has 16 years of logistics real estate experience gained in Europe and North America. He joined Prologis in 2008 and after its merger with AMB in 2011, he was appointed to lead the combined European transactions team, managing app. EUR 2 bln acquisitions and dispositions. He graduated with distinction from Cornell University, where he earned a degree in economics, and an MBA from Harvard University.
