Rüdiger Dany

Rüdiger Dany has become Chief Operating Officer of Atrium European Real Estate. He is set to replace the company’s current COO, Josip Kardun, who will assume the role of CEO on 30 November 2014. Rüdiger joins Atrium from ECE Projektmanagement and its European and Middle Eastern subsidiaries, where he worked for the last 11 years. Most recently, Rüdiger served as CEO of Auxideico Gestión, S.A.U., a part of the ECE group. Prior to this, he served for three years as ECE’s managing director for Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where he was responsible for the new projects’ acquisition and development, as well as asset management and M&A activities on the markets. Previously, he worked for two years as ECE’s managing director for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania, where his duties also included managing a number of assets in Lithuania, Greece, Serbia and Turkey. In the past, Rüdiger also worked as centre manager on major ECE projects in Doha, Qatar and Frankfurt. In 1988-2002 he served as the managing director of Dany Fachhandel GmbH & Co. KG, a German retail company.
