Scott Dwyer

Scott Dwyer has been appointed as CEO of Atrium European Real Estate in Poland. He joins the company from Heitman International, where for the past two years he served as executive vice president and head of portfolio management. Based in Warsaw, he oversaw Heitman International’s EUR 3.7 bln European portfolio, 60 pct of which was located within the CEE. Previously, in 2009-2012, Scott acted as the general manager at ING Real Estate Development International, with core responsibility for Germany, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland and Romania, as well as retail assets across the business. Earlier on, he worked for six years for Rodamco Europe and subsequently Unibail-Rodamco, where he served as the country manager for Poland and the managing director for Central Europe. Overall, Scott Dwyer spent more than 15 years working in the CEE region. In his new position, Scott will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Atrium’s Polish operations. He graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a degree in business.
