Michaela Lashova

Michaela Lashova, the current CEO of Forton in Bulgaria and Macedonia has become the new RICS ambassador for Bulgaria, Macedonia and Serbia. Michaela’s new duties will include promoting RICS standards and attracting new professional members from Bulgaria and the neighboring countries. She will closely work with Anna Orcsik, RICS regional manager for Central and Eastern Europe, in order to implement the organisation’s global business plan in these markets. A RICS member and registered valuer, Michaela has 18 years of professional experience. Over the last 6 years she held the position of head of investment consultancy & valuation department at Forton. Prior, she worked for five years at UniCredit Leasing, where she headed the department of large corporate clients and real estate.
