Marcel Kolesár

Marcel Kolesár has been appointed as head of valuation and advisory services at Colliers International in the Czech Republic. Marcel has over nine years of commercial real estate experience, especially in providing valuation and consultancy services to banks, property funds, investors, developers and property owners across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the past, he also coordinated a number of valuation instructions across the CEE region. Marcel started his real estate career in 2005 from working as researcher at CBRE, before moving to the comapny's valuation department in 2007. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in real estate investment and management. Marcel is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
