Jan Zadražil

Jan Zadražil has become associate director of valuation and advisory services at Colliers Czech Republic. Jan, who has 13 years of professional experience in property industry and valuations in the Czech Republic, joined Colliers as senior associate in 2012. He started his professional career from working as valuer at King Sturge. Later on, Jan worked in development management, first at Mayfield and then also at GE Real Estate. Having returned to valuation in 2010, he provided valuation reports for such companies as PPF Real Estate, CPI, InterIKEA, Raiffesenbank and Česká Spořitelna. Jan graduated from Prague’s University of Economics with a degree in real estate valuation. He also holds a master’s degree in economics and management. A RICS member, Jan is also a qualified RICS chartered surveyor.
