Jolanta Kalecińska-Rossi

Jolanta Kalecińska-Rossi has become partner of the tax and legal department at PwC Poland, where she will be responsible for real estate matters. She has extensive experience in advising investment funds, financial institutions and public institutions on a number of transactions, including real estate acquisitions, development, commercialisation, as well as construction of such projects as the shopping malls, supermarkets, exhibition centres, office and residential buildings. Previously, she served as local partner at White & Case and Gide Loyrette Nouel. Jolanta also regularly works with developers, investors, construction companies, architects and other participants of the investment process. She prepares and negotiates contracts, and represents clients in administrative proceedings related to obtaining the relevant administrative decisions. She also represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
