Matyáš Procházka

Matyáš Procházka has been appointed as head of the newly established real estate management services department (REMS) of Colliers International Czech Republic. Matyáš, who has more than ten years of experience in the Czech real estate market, has a strong working knowledge of all aspects of the operational management of commercial buildings. Having begun his professional career at King Sturge in 2004, he later served as senior property manager at EMCM/CBRE in Prague, where he worked with such property owners as Invesco Real Estate, CPI, Raiffeisen Leasing Real Estate and CPDP. In the past, Matyáš managed such commercial Prague projects as Slovanský dům, Na Přikopě 14, and Stará Celnice. Matyáš Procházka graduated from Charles University in Prague.
