Frédérique Weber

Frédérique Weber has been appointed as fund manager of the EUR 1.3 bln CBRE Dutch Office Fund (DOF) that consists of 15 prime office assets, including the WTC Amsterdam and WTC Schiphol. Frédérique has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, portfolio and asset management, project management and redevelopment in Europe. She was most recently fund manager for the CBRE European Office Fund. Prior to joining the company in 2008, she worked as senior asset manager/portfolio manager for equity estate and held positions at JLL and De Weger (Royal Haskoning). Frédérique will replace Sophie van Oosterom, who was recently appointed as chief investment officer EMEA. Frédérique’s appointment is pending regulatory approval.
